Butterfly square pillow pattern
Butterfly square pillow is a pattern for Overlay Mosaic Crochet only. It is a pattern in the round, so no cutting off yarn and easy to follow.
It also contains diagonals for which I included a video tutorial and a free pattern link in my facebook group.
For each square (based on Hobbii Rainbow Cotton, 8/6) you need 140m (145y) dark colour and 125m (130y) a light or contrasting colour.
Based on this yarn and hooksize 4, it will measure approximately 38 by sm (16 by 16 inches)
The pattern is 34 rounds (to compare with row to row overlay mosaic crochet that is 69 stitches by 69 rows) so it is a small project.
The pattern only contains one file with both Butterfly designs included
For each butterfly, I’ve added a small chart, a larger pre ticked x chart, the written pattern and the abbreviations
I also added a link to my free pattern in my facebook group (video supported) in which I explain the diagonals and how to read the chart
